Academy CLE participants often ask if we offer CLE Credit in states besides New York. The answer is yes, but only certain states!
We are fully accredited by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board. Our credit offering is enough to meet or exceed your New York credit requirement. More information about the number and types of CLE credits needed may be found on the CLE Board website at this link.
The Academy is also accredited in the state of Pennsylvania. PA credits are an Academy membership benefit! Members in good standing may request their PA credits by emailing us at info@trialacademy.org.
There are also several states that accept New York credit and certificates. These states are New Jersey, Connecticut, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Hawaii.
If you are admitted in another state not listed above, we recommend you reach out to their CLE Board to ask if they will accept Academy credit.
