In this time of uncertainty and heightened stress, it is important to take time to focus on our own well-being. The program offers confidential assistance for law students, lawyers, and judges who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug use and other conditions that are creating difficulties for you or someone you care about. New York City Bar Lawyer Assistance Program

Confidential hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing attorneys, judges, law students and their family members, in New York City, who are struggling with alcohol or drug abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, as well as other addictions and mental health issues.
