The program will include a discussion of: (1) the Governor's executive orders tolling various time periods in the CPLR and other procedural laws during the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency; (2) a discussion of the Chief Administrative Judge's administrative orders addressing the filing of papers and various other aspects of procedure during the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency; and (3) an expansion of e-filing during the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency and the newly implemented Electronic Document Delivery System ("EDDS").
