Join us for an in-depth practical on how to maximize (or minimize) the plaintiff’s future medical recovery. An expert physiatrist, along with our seasoned presenters will give the how to’s for preparing and executing this critical part of trial practice. This two part CLE will include a short discussion of each presenter’s role and analysis of the case, followed by a mock direct and cross examination of our expert physiatrist.
