This program focuses on the procedural aspects of appellate practice across all four departments of the Appellate Division in New York. Attendees will learn the methods for bringing and perfecting appeals in the Appellate Division under the statewide practice rules enacted in 2018, including appeals requiring electronic filing and individual department rules. We will cover modifications and adjustments made by the Appellate Division regarding COVID-19.
