Summary

This program brings together highly experienced litigators who will discuss litigating claims of police and prison guard abuse. The program is designed for attorneys who want to expand their practices to represent persons whose 4th and 8th Amendment rights have been violated. Learn how you can do good and earn money: these are fee-generating cases under 42 USC Sec. 1988!

*For experienced attorneys only
Please note that as of 1/1/26, the NYS CLE Board requires all newly admitted attorneys to complete Skills credits in the traditional live classroom setting or by fully interactive videoconference (group participation only).  This on-demand program does not fulfill that requirement for newly admitted attorneys.
