Questions

For immediate assistance please consult our FAQ page. If you're unable to find the answer you need, please call 518-364-4044 (10AM-6PM, M-F) or e-mail customer service.

Summary

Do patients have rights to access their medical records?  What are those rights?  How do we protect them?  Can they bring State actions when those rights are violated? How much will it cost us to access our client’s records?  Is a film a record?  These and many other questions will be addressed by Hadley Lundback and Jonathan Lomurro.  They will walk you through case law, state law, and federal law.  After the discussion, they will be available to answer any remaining questions about record retrieval.
